Child Care WAGE$^® FLORIDA Project

Brevard County

To be eligible for at least one six-month supplement payment during the fiscal year, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Work in a licensed or licensed exempt early care and education program (centers only)
• Earn less than $17.50 per hour as a child care practitioner (teacher or assistant)
• Have one of the education levels listed on the scale (from a regionally accredited college)
• Work at least six months in the same eligible early care and education program
• Be employed at this same program at the time of employment confirmation
• Center owner, directors, assistant director and FCCH currently do not qualify
