The T.E.A.C.H. Palm Beach Pilot - Youth Development Professional Scholarship program provides scholarships for youth staff to work toward earning an AS or BAS degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Youth Development. The overarching goal of this pilot project is to increase the education, compensation and retention of the youth development workforce in Palm Beach County. The project involves a partnership for the sharing of expenses among the scholarship recipient, the recipient's sponsoring program and T.E.A.C.H.

Funded by the Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County and Child Care Services Association and in partnership with Palm Beach County Community College, Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc. and the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, the pilot project will provide scholarships to 25 youth development staff working with children ages five and older in Palm Beach County.
